Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
Burn The Fat?
That got my attention. As I get older, it gets harder. I look around and see myself and my friends putting on more an more fat each year. It is an epidemic in the civilized world. Too much ready to eat junk food. Too little nutrition going in. Too much bulge putting on.
If you read a magazine or watch TV for an hour, you are going to see someone out there spouting off about the latest get thin scheme. How they lost 40, 50, 60 lbs just by buying mail order food, or popping supplements or rocking back and forth on some contraption that looks like it came from a Medieval dungeon. Either that or they'll surgically suck the fat out, or put a band around your stomach. That's scary.
Then a friend emails me an Internet ad called "Burn the Fat - Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto.
Hey, this guy is a professional who has worked out a plan that has been in national magazines. As I read, it started to make sense. This is not hype. His e-book shows different methods and why they do or do not work.

I was relieved to know I did not have to pay hundreds of dollars worth of supplements, or take steroids or crash my metabolism ( which seems to have already hit rock bottom). I know yo-yo dieting is not the answer. He seems to be offering a better solution.
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle offers time-proven techniques to get the fat off and keep it off. Fad diets come and go. They work for a while, then - bam- back come the pounds. Even celeb spokes people have discovered that little secret.
Tom Venuto seems to be offering the truth. His e-book sifts through the hype to the real reasons people are not losing the fat. I think it is worth the money.
